My Philosophy

I have experienced first hand what healthy eating can do for the body, and I have experienced the awful affects yo-yo dieting has on the body. I do not want to see you eliminate all of your favorite foods, and then feel like a failure a few weeks later because you "cheated". I want to work with you to find out what your goals are, and to learn what is important to you. We will take your goals and turn them into an actionable and realistic plan so that you can see and maintain results.
