I have specialized in the dietary management of Chronic Kidney disease (CKD) since 2014. I work with people with CKD stages 1-5.
Disordered Eating
Many clients struggle with disordered eating habits due to chronic dieting. I work with my clients on healing their relationship with food and their bodies.
Chronic Diseases
I am a Certified Diabetes Outpatient Educator. I work with clients with diabetes, prediabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and liver disease.
Pregnancy
]Food should not be an added stress during this exciting time. I work with clients on how to navigate nutrition and pregnancy.
Intuitive Eating
I am incredibly passionate about helping my clients learn to trust their bodies around food, satisfaction, and hunger.
